This was the first unit to be presented. It showed a complete new idea of a plastic turner.
Before there were no spatulas which were flexible and thin enough to give a good function.
The GastroMax turner converted the long time expereince from the steel blade turners to plastic.
Thanks to plastic knowledge we found the right material which can resist the high temperatures and still stay flexible even in thin shape.

Advantages:
Thin, flexible and smooth. Good balance in the hand, reaches into the corners of any pan. Melting point 265C/509F.

Application:
Normal work in frying pan. Also as turner for application of whipped cream, paste in any kind for cakes and similar. Perfect for serving.
