The problem with the existing scrapers have been that the blade often comes off the handle in the dishwasher and that the "pocket" between blade and handle collects dirt and residues from cooking. These facts were eliminated on our Scraper
Advantages:
- Blade and handle moulded together in
the moulding machine. The blade is
fixed to the handle in such a way that it
stays for the lifetime. The moulding
process allows for tight connection
between blade and handle.
- No pockets, easy to clean and no dirt
and bacteria can gather.
- The TPE material of the blade is chosen
with a hardness desired by the profes-
sional chefs allowing for good scraping
effect in bowl. The material also
withstands very well the dishwasher.
- The scraping edge of the blade stays
straight and does not show damages
after some time of use.
- Melting point handle 265C/509F,
blade 125C/257F.
