Goal was to create a new utensil not on the market before, having several good points. Advantages: - Do not stick to soft cheese. Many stainless steel blades tend to give too much friction, the slice
starts to curl on the blade. The blade is not
smooth, it has a rugged surface to allow air to
pass under the cheese and lift it from the blade.
- It can be used also as cheese-knife, to cut Camembert and similar cheeses, or you can just
make nice cheese cubes.
- Further you can stick the cubes on to the top of the blade and use it as a server this way, or just
slip underneath and serve the conventional way.
- Good handle, sits very well in the palm of any hand.
- Available also with a sales display box which holds 24 units. suitable to put on the counter
next to the cheese.
- Melting point 265C/509F.
