This Parmesan / Universal Grater from GastroMax is very practical and handy. It features two different cutting drums for coarse and fine grating. Can be used for parmesan, nuts, garlic, chocolate and much more.

It is very easy to use and it is also very easy to change the drums, as you just unscrew the turning handle and replace the cutting drum from one side and after-wards screw the turning handle back on.

The handle is ergonomic for better com-fort. The turning handle can be put on the left as well as on the right side, making it usable for right- and left-handed.
