The Slotted Turner from GastroMax is longer and more slim than the original GastroMax Turner. It makes it very suitable for handling pancakes or crêpes.

The ergonomic handle makes it very com-fortable to work with and the slightly nub-bly surface prevents the food from sticking to the turner.

Like the other products from GastroMax the Turner is made of heat resistant nylon. It withstands temperatures up to 260C
